8mm sling as a top rope climbing anchor?

I have a brand-spanking-new Mammut Dyneema Cordelette Contact Sling, 8mm. Blue, quite snazzy.

However, I can&#8217;t seem to find any shock testing on this piece. Would it be safe to use in, say, a Sliding X anchor? Maybe another type of anchor?
