Opposite weight and muscle problems as most people – can anyone help?
Ok this is really two questions bunged into one, if you can answer either i’ll be incredibly grateful.
-My weight problem:
I’ve always been fairly skinny, but these last few weeks somehow the fat that i did have has been slipping off. My jeans, which were fitting snugly, are now loose as anything.
I haven’t done anything different; I exercise the same amount, I don’t have incredible amounts of stress, and I’ve certainly not gone anorexic – I eat copious amounts of junk food. What could it be? Am I getting sick? Is it possible to be slightly anorexic without meaning to be?
-My muscle problem:
I love rockwall climbing, but since I’ve started, my muscles have grown heaps – they’re about the size I want them now. I don’t want to give rockwall up, but is there a way to stop my muscles getting any bigger? I don’t want to end up with huge muscles – it’s unbecoming to a lady lol.
Any help is really appreciated.

Hmm…So you’re saying you lose weight easily and gain muscle easily…? Well, how about take a break from climbing? Not quit, but just take a break. Go to the doctor, to ask why you’re losing weight, you need a professional opinion. <3 xxxxx
